The Amos Shapes Sultan Wing/ Prone board is the little brother of the Sultan downwind SUP foil board. This is a narrow and streamlined board with lots of volume allowing the rider to ride waves with a very similar feel to a low volume prone board.
If you are a wing and prone down winding enthusiast, the Sultan Wing/ Prone board is a board that will get you into waves that look almost impossible.
The Sultan Wing has been designed with input from Adam Bennetts (@misterbennets) and is a result of the recent trend in the downwind SUP and prone progression. With the popularity of the longer outline and riding more streamlined boards – this narrower design is aimed at minimising surface area drag on the hull, resulting in a faster take off’s in lighter winds.
The nose of the Sultan Wing has a displacement hull running into a squarer boxy rail towards the tail to maximise stability. The volume is distributed evenly throughout which gives a nicely balanced feel when up on foil.
