Description

The Unifoil NFC 3d printed Base Plate Shim is available in 1mm,  2mm, and 3mm.

Base Plate shimming your mast will increase the angle of attack of your front wing, which will create more lift and increase your front foot pressure.

We recommend shimming your board/mast if you are an intermediate/advanced rider who wants to ride with increased front foot pressure and for the heavier rider who wants to ride smaller wings on smaller waves.

Using an NFC Base Plate Shim will also benefit wing foiling by creating extra lift  = easier take off in lighter wind as well as for pumping.
